DAY 1: NAIROBI CITY – TSAVO EAST NATIONAL PARK
Picked up from the airport in the morning or your hotel in Nairobi, we will drive to Tsavo East National Park, which is renowned for its large number of elephants and the famous “man-eaters” lions. We arrive at Kuwinda camp, where you will check-in and have lunch. In the afternoon you will proceed for a game drive in Tsavo East before returning to the camp for dinner and your overnight stay.
DAY 2: TSAVO EAST NATIONAL PARK FULL DAY
After breakfast, you will spend the full day in Tsavo East National park in search of its popular residents, including well-known predators, zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, and hippos. During the day you will enjoy a packed lunch and a visit to the Aruba Dam, Mdada rock and the Lugards fall. Return to the camp for dinner camp
DAY 3: TSAVO EAST NATIONAL PARK – TSAVO WEST NATIONAL PARK
After an early morning game drive returns for breakfast at the lodge, you will depart Tsavo East and head to Tsavo West National Park. Check-in Lake Jipe Safari camp and have lunch before departing in the afternoon to visit the Chyulu Hills and Mzima Springs which favorite haunts of both hippo and crocodile that can be seen from an underwater observation chamber. Dinner and overnight at the camp.
DAY 4: TSAVO WEST NATIONAL PARK FULL DAY
Full day spent exploring the park. This park was famed for its large herds of elephant covered in red dust and fine scenery. Dinner and overnight at the camp.
DAY 5: TSAVO WEST NATIONAL PARK – AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK
Morning game drive then proceeds to Amboseli National park, we view the game as we proceed towards the camp for dinner and overnight. Amboseli Park is the second most popular park in Kenya after Masai Mara, mainly due to the spectacular backdrop of Mt. Kilimanjaro on the southern boundary.
DAY 6: AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK FULL DAY
After heavy sumptuous breakfast proceeds for a full day game drive in search of famous African wildlife, including zebras, wildebeest, and other predators. Enjoy a packed lunch and views of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Return to the lodge/camp for dinner and overnight at the camp. Amboseli National Park is one of the most popular wildlife sanctuaries in Kenya it’s situated close to Kenya-Tanzania border. The park lies at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa whose snow-capped summit presents a splendid view on clear days.
DAY 7: AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK – MT. KENYA
Early morning departure and proceed to slopes of Africa’s second largest mountain Mt. Kenya. Afternoon game at Sweetwater’s game ranch to see wildlife including rehabilitated chimpanzees. The private ranch at sweetwaters is the only sanctuary for rehabilitation in Kenya of these widely abused chimpanzees with two groups living in an environment as close to their natural habitat as possible. Dinner and overnight at the Great Circle
DAY 8: MT. KENYA – SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE
Depart for Samburu soon after breakfast game is viewed as we proceed to the campsite for lunch. We camp in the narrow stretch of palms and woodland by the Ewaso Nyiro River which provides water for the animals and some relief from the equatorial sun. Dinner and overnight at the Sabache camp.
DAY 9: SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE FULL DAY
Fullday spends exploring the park, morning and afternoon game drives are offered. The highlights of Samburu game reserve is the spectacular scenic beauty, rivers, and forests. It is an area where people have a rich and colorful heritage. The reserves have numerous permanent springs and wealth of wildlife which includes leopard, elephant, lion, reticulated giraffe, gravy’s zebra, and crocodile in the Ewaso Nyiro River.
DAY 10: SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE – HELLS GATE NATIONAL PARK
After an early morning breakfast, you will depart Samburu and head to Lake Naivasha passing through Nairobi city and the larsh coffee and tea plantation of the Kenyans highlands arrive and check in to camp Carnelley at the shores of Lake Naivasha and have lunch. In the afternoon you will head for a game drive and visit Hells Gate National Park and a geothermal power plant. Here you can do walking game drives and also you will have a chance to visit the hells gate gorge. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight.
DAY 11: LAKE NAIVASHA – LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, you will leave Lake Naivasha and head to Lake Nakuru Punda milia camp. (bed & breakfast) Lake Nakuru is a shallow alkaline lake on the edges of Nakuru town and lies a distance of 160km from Nairobi. The lake is world famous as the home of flamingoes, the number of flamingoes depends on the water level which determines the number of algae on which the birds feed. Flamingoes are known to migrate to other Rift Valley lakes whenever water level is low. After relaxing during the early afternoon you will leave on another game drive to see one of the largest gatherings of flamingos anywhere, in addition to famous white and black rhinos.
DAY 12: LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK – MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE
After a full buffet breakfast in camp, you will make your way to Masai Mara National Park, the home of the Masai tribe. After checking in to your lodge you will have lunch before departing on an afternoon game drive. Proud young Masai warrior nomads with their plaited hair, red cloaks, and spears will challenge your curiosity throughout the 700-square-mile game reserve. This is the Africa of your dreams, complete with wild animals grazing amid the superb rolling landscape of gentle hills and acacia woodlands. Dinner and overnight at the camp
DAY 13: MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE FULL DAY
Enjoy tea, coffee, and cookies in the lodge after an early morning wake-up call before setting out for a game drive in the reserve. Early morning is the most popular game viewing time, with the low temperatures providing a favorable atmosphere for both the game and the viewer. Lions, cheetahs, and leopards roam the vast grasslands in search of their next meal – may be an unsuspecting impala or a small warthog. Whatever the players, the spectacle of nature unfolding is always awe-inspiring! After full day game drive, return to the camp to enjoy your dinner and overnight.
DAY 14: MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE – NAIROBI
Morning game drive then proceed to Nairobi where the safari ends
